let’s work together
thank you for your interest in collaborating with the memories of el monte/peoples’ cafe space. we welcome all forms of skill-shares and popular education workshops. we ask for the workshops and activities to center our principles of solidarity and community agreements listed here. events are scheduled Wednesday-Sundays 7-10p. we plan our calendar a month in advance, and we will do our best to follow up with your request within a week.
*due to restrictions from the City of El Monte, live entertainment such as musical acts requires a special events permit and we are limited to four events every year.
